Technical Specifications

• Invisible Fixed End Terminals (Quantity based on pack size)
• Note: This kit does NOT tighten the cable. You need a separate Tensioner for the other end.

How to Install:

1. Drill: Drill a 1/4" hole through your end post.
2. Crimp: Insert the 1/8" wire rope into the fixed terminal tube. Use a Hydraulic Crimper to swage it securely.
3. Insert: Pass the wire and fitting through the hole from the outside in (or inside out depending on access) until the head sits flush against the post.
4. Pair: Connect the other end of the wire to a Tensioner (sold separately) on the opposite post and tighten the system.

FAQ

Q: Can I use this on both ends of the cable?
A: No. This is a Fixed End. You must have at least one Tensioner (Adjustable End) on the other post to tighten the wire rope, otherwise, the cable will be loose.

Q: What size hole do I drill?
A: A standard 1/4" hole is perfect for the fitting to pass through while the head stops on the surface.

Q: (For Black Option) Is the black finish durable?
A: Yes, we use PVD technology. It's not paint; it's a molecular bond that resists scratching and fading.

Q: Do I need a crimper?
A: Yes, you need a hydraulic crimper to permanently attach the wire to this fitting.
